Melissa Kramer, Proud Mom

Melissa is Founder of Growing Together Behavioral Center (GTBC) and currently serves as Executive Director.  She is passionate about education, is a life long advocate for inclusion and acceptance of all children and has a love of the non-profit world.  

After experiencing the power of applied behavioral analysis with her own son, she saw a need in the local community for an ABA based school for children with differing abilities and was driven to open GTBC.  

Parents to four amazing children adopted from China and South Korea, she and her husband Matt live in St. Augustine, FL.  Their youngest, Aiden, is the inspiration for the school and is a current student at GTBC.  

Melissa has 20+ years experience in finance, accounting and auditing, with over a decade spent in the non-profit sector.  Melissa attended FSU and received undergrad degrees in Finance and Accounting, after graduation she passed her CPA exam and practiced Corporate Accounting and later received a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.
